Carbohydrates (carbs) serve as the primary energy source for most forms of life. A high-carbohydrate diet is defined as one containing 60%, 25%, and 15% of energy from carbohydrate, fat, and protein. High carb diet including bread, pasta, rice, and the other one displayed better moods and were found to be less angry, hostile or depressed. High sugar means more than 37.5g of sugar per 100 gram food. As a diet of people with diabetes, high sugar and high carb foods should be reduced.
