Saturated fats, found mostly in animal products.Products that are high in saturated fats are Butter, Cheese,Chicken fat, Ice cream (contains milkfat), Meat fat,Palm oil,Coconut oil - Beef,Lamb,Pork and Veal. So if you eat these foods in excess to make your diet a high cholesterol diet, your cholesterol level rises.
