The high cholesterol foods contain saturated fat and cholesterol. Saturated fats, found mostly in animal products.Products that are high in saturated fats are Butter, Cheese,Chicken fat, Ice cream (contains milkfat), Meat fat,Palm oil,Coconut oil - Beef,Lamb,Pork and Veal. So if you eat these foods in excess to make your diet a high cholesterol diet, your cholesterol level rises.
