What is Low Carb & Low Sugar Foods?
Carbohydrates (carbs) serve as the primary energy source for most forms of life. In a standard American diet, 55 percent of daily calories consumed come from carbohydrates.The USDA recommends 300 grams of carbs per day. Low- carb diets vary but rarely recommend you eat more than 100 grams per day.Moderately reduced carbohydrate diet could help weight loss.  And  people with diabetes are turning to low sugar and low carb foods to help them control their condition.
