Recommended Daily Intake (or Reference Daily Intake) (RDI) is the estimates of daily dietary intake of a nutrient provided by the Food and Nutrition Board of the National Research Council. In the U.S., Canada and Australia, food labeling values for protein, vitamins and minerals, the RDI is used to determine the Daily Value. |
